Hello again Patients and Friends of Borel Eye Doctors: 3/31/2020

Things are changing by the minute, and we are here to keep you abreast of the changes.

While the Shelter Order is in place, we will be cancelling all appointments with the exception of urgent care and are closed to the public. If you are scheduled between now and May 3rd for an eye examination, office visit or follow up… we will be calling you to reschedule.

While we will have staff in the office to answer phones and order contacts, we will not be doing frame selects, frame repairs or frame adjustments. Should you have an urgent eyecare need, our doctors will see you. Staff hours are currently Monday to Friday 10am to 5pm.

If you are running low, or out of contacts feel free to give us a call and we will do our best to provide you with samples or order a supply for direct shipping to you free of charge.

If you prefer to pick up your orders and have a balance due, please contact us to pay by phone. Kindly call us on arrival to our office for pick-ups, 650-570-5955 and a staff member will either bring them to your car curbside or to you at our front door.

We are taking the instructions and suggestions as they come from the Government, State, Optometry Board and all associations. This will be in effect until Sunday, May 3, 2020 until otherwise instructed.
